How to Create an Instagram Business Profile

In this digital era, everyone wants their business on every social media website and share their offers and products to the right audience in an effective way. For that, they must know the right way to use the social media for achieving a decided goal. So, today we will learn ‘How to Create an Instagram Business Profile’.

1. Download Instagram Application

   For creating an Instagram Business Profile, you must have an Instagram app on your smartphones. To download the app visit Google Play Store, IOS Store or Windows Store according to your Operating System.
   

2. Sign up into Instagram

   Open the Instagram app, here you see the 3 options which are as follows:
   (a) Log in with Facebook
   (b) Sign up with email or phone no.
   (c) Already have an account? Log in.

   

   Here I will select the second option i.e. Sign up with email or phone number.
   

3. Insert Credentials
   

   Two options will be there for you Sign up for the email or phone number I will select the email option to sign up if you want you can sign up with the phone number also.

   

4. Insert Details and Select Username

   In this screen insert the name of your business and password for your Instagram profile, press next after that you have to choose a username for your Instagram profile which resembles your business. Check availability of that and press next.

   

5. Skip some options

   Now there will be a screen asking you to connect your Facebook account with your Instagram profile we will skip that, one more screen will appear which will ask you to update your profile photo but right now we will skip this option also but if you want you can accept both the options.

   

6. Ready with your Instagram Profile

   After skipping both the option you will see a home page for your profile it will be blank right now because you have not followed anybody right now. On the bottom right corner press, the profile icon to view your Instagram profile same as in the image below.

   

7. Switch to Business Profile

   On the top right corner press the three dots icon which is the setting icon, here you can see some options scroll down and click on the Switch to Business Profile option.

   

8. Read Instructions and press Continue

   Here some instructions will be shown just we have to read it and press continue.

   

9. Connect to Facebook

   You have to connect your Facebook account with the Instagram Profile, for that just get logged in Facebook account.

   

10. Connect your Facebook Page

    After getting logged in you will see a list of your Facebook pages from that you have to select your business Facebook page to link to your Instagram Profile.

    

11. Set up your Business Profile

    In this screen, you have to insert the contact details of your business like email, phone number, and address.

    

12. Now you are Ready for your Instagram Business Profile

    Congratulations, here you are with your Instagram Business Profile.
